Linguine Bronze Handcrafted Bronze

2,70 €

The Linguine are presented with the warm opaque golden wheat color, an unmistakable signature of bronze drawing. The format is flat and elongated, with a generous width that clearly distinguishes them from spaghetti. Each linguine has a large surface area, rough and slightly irregular to the touch, characteristic of craftsmanship. During cooking it keeps the shape well without breaking. On the plate it retains the seasoning along the entire surface, being particularly suitable for fish sauces, pesto, mushrooms and white ragouts.

Linguine Draws Rough – The Pasta that Embraces the Sea and the Earth

The flat shape that changes everything

The Linguine Trafila Ruvida of the Pastificio Artigiano Cav. Giuseppe Cocco are not simple crushed spaghetti: they are a format with a personality of their own, able to collect the seasonings on a larger and more generous surface. Thanks to the circular and single-hole bronze drawing, each linguine is born with a naturally rough and porous texture that transforms every dish into a complete sensory experience.

The rough surface that makes the difference

The bronze drawing imprints on the paste an authentic roughness, impossible to replicate with industrial methods. Every millimeter of surface works to retain the seasoning — whether it’s a shellfish comic, a white clam, or a Genoese pesto. The result is a pasta that leaves nothing in the bottom of the plate.

Semolina, water and mastery

Simple ingredients, extraordinary process. Durum wheat semolina, grown between Arizona and Italy and milled entirely in Italy, gives life to a pasta with 13g of protein per 100g, solid structure and a cooking seal that surprises — ready in just 6 minutes, without giving up the bite.

The format of the sea and not only

Linguine is the pasta of choice for fish-based seasonings: clams, prawns, scampi, bottarga. But they also know how to be protagonists with earthen sauces — a rich pesto, a porcini mushroom sauce, a light white sauce. Their flat shape amplifies each flavor, bringing it directly to the palate.
